Totally "e" CheckingIf you have an existing checking account and want to convert it send an email to: info@nationsheritagefcu.com. Insert “Request to change account” in subject area. If you are a new member or an existing member that wants to open up a Totally “e” checking account, fill out and submit an online new member/account application.

Online banking and/or bill pay, check out how to get started. E-statements are fast, safe, convenient, and free! With e-statements, you gain more flexibility and security in managing your accounts. Whether you want to save time, save a tree, or just get organized, e-statements may be right for you when managing your finances. You can sign up for e-statements regardless of the type of Credit Union account you have.
Totally "e" CheckingOur new Totally “e” checking account is a dividend-paying account that has no monthly balance requirements or monthly service charges. All financial information is delivered to you electronically.
Once you open up your Totally “e” checking account, you will need to register for e-statements. Once you log onto online banking, click on the e-statement button and follow the prompts. Pay Your BillsNHFCU offers free online bill pay to all members. This feature allows you to pay your bills online. You can schedule your bills one at a time, or set up a recurring payment schedule. Online bill pay allows you to view which payments have been scheduled and/or sent. Online banking is a great way to manage your finances and maintain all your financial records in one safe, secure location. NHFCU offers free online bill pay to those members who have one of the following services: direct deposit, automatic loan payments, or e-statements. You can start paying your bills online today. For those who do not have one of the aforementioned services, a monthly service charge of $4.95 will be assessed for the bill payment service. How do you get started using online banking? It’s easy.Are you already using online banking?If you already use online banking and want to sign up for e-statements and/or bill payment services, all you need to do is log onto online banking and find the appropriate navigation button (Bill Payment Registration or E-Statements) and follow the prompts. It’s that easy! Not a registered user of online banking?In order to access online banking you must be a Telephone Teller user. If you have never signed up for Telephone Teller, you will first need to contact our Member Services department (800) 325-8428 so a representative can activate your accounts and create a PIN. Once you have enrolled in the Credit Union’s system for Telephone Teller, you are ready to register for online banking. You will need your member number and your Telephone Teller PIN number when you first log onto online banking. After you register the first time, it is recommended that you change your password. Once you are logged in you will be able to view your accounts and all their activity, transfer money between accounts, and print your statement activities. Please Note: Our site for online banking and bill payment service is an ultra secure connection, so you don’t have to worry about your financial information being compromised. Other ways to access your accountsYou can conduct financial transactions by using your telephone. Call our Telephone Teller at (800) 345-1050 anytime day or night to obtain your account information. Apply for a loan using 10-Second Lending. You will be on your way to obtaining your loan. Our online loan application is easy, secure, and fast.
